Ingredients

- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and honey.
- Add pork pieces to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Place the marinated pork on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
