Description

Delicious baked vegetable rolls filled with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 package of spring roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the mixed vegetables into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with cream cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot.
