Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil. Place salmon fillets in the center.
- Arrange asparagus around the salmon.
- Drizzle garlic butter over the salmon and asparagus.
- Season with salt and pepper. Top with lemon slices.
- Fold the foil to create a sealed packet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Carefully open the foil and serve, garnished with fresh parsley.
