- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the dijon mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Top each fillet with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
