- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Marinate the wings for a few hours for more flavor.
