Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
