Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in milk until just combined.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Place roast beef and cheese on half of the biscuits.
- Top with remaining biscuits and seal edges.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat beef broth with Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
- Serve biscuits warm with broth for dipping.
