A creamy and flavorful dip made with baked feta cheese and tomatoes.
Ingredients

- 200g feta cheese
- 400g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.
- Add cherry tomatoes around the feta.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve with baguette or crackers.

- Try adding fresh basil for extra flavor.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
