- 1 block feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine orzo, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the feta is golden and tomatoes burst.
- Stir everything together until creamy.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
