Description

  • Fresh asparagus: 1 bunch (about 500 grams)
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Heavy cream: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup (50 grams)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the asparagus, trim the tough ends, and sauté in olive oil for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
