Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Can be frozen before baking.
