Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
  3. In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
