Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
