Description

Delicious baked artichoke hearts with a crispy topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Arrange the drained artichoke hearts on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each artichoke heart.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
