- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, boil apple cider until reduced to 1 cup.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and reduced cider.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into a greased doughnut pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before glazing.
