Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and thyme, cooking until mushrooms are soft.
- Push the vegetables to the side and add pork chops to the skillet.
- Cook pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Mix in the bacon, heat through, and serve.

- Use thick-cut pork chops for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chops.
