Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
