Description

Bacon Jalapeño Popper Eggrolls are crispy and flavorful snacks filled with a creamy mixture of cheese, jalapeños, and bacon.


Ingredients

  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and jalapeños.
  2. Place an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
  5. Seal the edges with beaten egg.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Drain on paper towels before serving.
