- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and jalapeños.
- Place an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Put 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Seal the edges with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the eggrolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of jalapeños for desired spice level.
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
