Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- Top with additional ketchup if desired.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
