A healthy twist on classic deviled eggs using avocado.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing to a boil for 10 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with avocado, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Notes
- Use ripe avocados for best results.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- These can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
