Description
A quick and easy dish featuring stir-fried Asian vermicelli noodles with fresh vegetables and protein.
Ingredients

- 200g vermicelli noodles
- 200g mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 150g chicken or tofu, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water for 5 minutes until softened.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken or tofu, cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the soaked vermicelli noodles and soy sauce, stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add any protein of your choice.
- Adjust the soy sauce according to your taste.
- Use fresh vegetables for the best flavor.
