Description

A quick and easy dish featuring stir-fried Asian vermicelli noodles with fresh vegetables and protein.


Ingredients

  • 200g vermicelli noodles
  • 200g mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 150g chicken or tofu, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water for 5 minutes until softened.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken or tofu, cook until browned.
  5. Add mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the soaked vermicelli noodles and soy sauce, stir well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can add any protein of your choice.
