Crunchy and refreshing Asian Cabbage Slaw.
Ingredients

- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.
- Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- This slaw can be made a day ahead.
