Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup butter, cold

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, and milk.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in diced apples.
  6. In a separate bowl, prepare the crumble by mixing brown sugar, oats, flour, and cold butter until crumbly.
  7. Fill muffin tins with batter and sprinkle crumble on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
