Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter, cold
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, and milk.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the crumble by mixing brown sugar, oats, flour, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Fill muffin tins with batter and sprinkle crumble on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
