Description

A refreshing mix of apples and cranberries in a crunchy coleslaw.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, apples, and cranberries.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
