Description
A refreshing mix of apples and cranberries in a crunchy coleslaw.
Ingredients

- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, apples, and cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts.
