- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine almond milk, coconut oil, and maple syrup.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
