Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine quinoa and almond milk.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Add diced apple, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes or until quinoa is fluffy.
