Description

A healthy and delicious breakfast option made with apples and oats.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add rolled oats and reduce heat to medium.
  3. Stir in diced apple and cinnamon.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until oats are soft.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in almond milk.
  6. Top with chopped walnuts before serving.
