Description
Delicious apple cinnamon filled roll-ups coated in a sweet cinnamon sugar mix.
Ingredients

- 6 slices of bread
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix diced apple with sugar and cinnamon.
- Place a spoonful of apple mixture on one end of each bread slice.
- Roll up the bread tightly around the filling.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Dip each roll in the egg mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
- Coat with cinnamon sugar while warm.
Notes
- Use any bread type you prefer.
- Serve warm with syrup if desired.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
