Description

Delicious apple cinnamon filled roll-ups coated in a sweet cinnamon sugar mix.


Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apple with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place a spoonful of apple mixture on one end of each bread slice.
  4. Roll up the bread tightly around the filling.
  5. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  6. Dip each roll in the egg mixture.
  7. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Fry the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
  9. Coat with cinnamon sugar while warm.
