A delicious and easy breakfast casserole featuring apple and cinnamon.

- 6 slices of bread
- 2 cups of diced apples
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Cube the bread and place it in the dish.
- Spread the diced apples over the bread.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and apples.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes to soak.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use any type of bread you prefer.
- Can add nuts for extra crunch.
- Best served with syrup or whipped cream.
