A creamy and tangy apple cider cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup apple cider
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh apple cider for the best taste.
