Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 pieces.
  7. Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Brush with melted butter before serving.
