Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
