Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add zucchini slices to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Cook in batches if necessary.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
