- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until just combined, then form into four patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the turkey patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve on whole wheat buns with your choice of toppings.
