Ingredients
- Ripe pears: 3 medium-sized
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: a pinch
Instructions
- Select ripe pears that are firm yet slightly soft.
- Wash the pears, cut them in half, remove the core, and slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
- In a small bowl, mix ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the pear slices and sprinkle the spice mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 3-5 minutes. Arrange pear slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, checking halfway through and shaking the basket for even cooking.
- Let the crisps cool for a few minutes before serving.
