Description

Spiced pear crisps are a delightful treat made from fresh pears, seasoned with warm spices, and air-fried to a perfect crunch.


Ingredients

  • Ripe pears: 3 medium-sized
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Ground nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: a pinch

Instructions

  1. Select ripe pears that are firm yet slightly soft.
  2. Wash the pears, cut them in half, remove the core, and slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. In a small bowl, mix ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the pear slices and sprinkle the spice mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
