Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts: 500 grams (about 1 pound), trimmed and halved
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by rinsing them under cold water, trimming the ends, and halving them lengthwise.
  2. Make the balsamic glaze by combining balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and whisking until blended.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
