Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and pat the slices dry with a towel.
  5. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Remove when golden brown and crispy.
