Crispy and delicious air fryer egg rolls filled with your choice of vegetables and protein.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cooked chicken or tofu, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, chicken or tofu, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Place a tablespoon of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Arrange the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, use tofu instead of chicken.
- Serve with dipping sauce like sweet and sour or soy sauce.
