Description

Crispy and delicious air fryer egg rolls filled with your choice of vegetables and protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or tofu, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, chicken or tofu, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
  2. Place a tablespoon of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with water.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
