- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place the crab bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
