Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating evenly.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cooked florets with buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Return the sauced florets to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
