Ingredients
- Puff pastry sheets: 2 sheets, thawed if frozen
- Apples: 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced

- Butter: 2 tablespoons, unsalted and melted

Instructions
- Prepare the apples by washing, peeling, coring, and dicing them.
- Make the filling by mixing diced apples with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, melted butter, and salt.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets and cut them into four equal squares.
- Assemble the turnovers by placing a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry square, folding, and sealing them.
