Description

Air Fryer Apple Cinnamon Chips are a delightful snack made from thinly sliced apples, seasoned with cinnamon and sugar, and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy, healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp work best)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Select firm and crisp apples, preferably Fuji or Honeycrisp.
  2. Wash and dry the apples, then slice them into very thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, and salt. Lightly spray apple slices with cooking spray or toss with oil, then coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove the chips and let them cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
