Ingredients

- 500g oyster mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Clean the oyster mushrooms and trim the stems.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
