Ingredients

  • 500g oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Clean the oyster mushrooms and trim the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Remove and serve warm.
