A quick and easy marinade for delicious Greek chicken souvlaki.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade.
- Toss chicken to coat evenly.
- Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve with pita and tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
