- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced flank steak and cook until browned.
- Pour sauce mixture over the beef.
- Sprinkle cornstarch and stir until thickened.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
