Instructions
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas into small pieces. Lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
- Transfer the frozen banana slices to a blender or food processor. Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract, then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- If a firmer texture is desired, transfer the blended mixture to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours.
